As a result of the evolving situation relating to COVID-19, the IRB is continuing the suspension of all in-person hearings and mediations, other than detention reviews and some admissibility hearings, until further notice. Postponed hearings and mediations will be rescheduled promptly.

In-person correspondence for all Divisions is no longer accepted.

  • Detention reviews and admissibility hearings are currently being held by teleconference only. If you are a bondsperson, witness or other participant who has not received dial-in instructions for your hearing, please contact the Immigration Division registry in the region where the hearing is taking place at the earliest opportunity.
